How We Serve

The Medina Volunteer Fire Department (VFD) beyond fighting fires, strives to provide public outreach to the community to improve safety. Towards that goal, the Medina VFD conducts a number of programs, such as:

• Educational Programs on fire prevention, medical emergencies, and other disaster preparedness
• Advises citizens and municipal governments, within the Medina Fire Protection Area, on ordinances and services consistent with safety goals

The commitment of the Medina VFD firefighters begins long before a fire or disaster.
