Come enjoy a fun-filled night out Nov. 2, 2024. Dinner, Dance, Silent Auction, Raffle and Live music!

Dinner	Doors open at 4:00 pm Brisket, Sausage, Potato Salad, Dessert and Tea $20 per plate BYOB
TO GO	TO GO Dinners are available. $20 per plate. Handicapped or mobility impaired may order their dinners, which will be brought to their cars from the Handicapped Parking area. TO GO Dinners are available for everyone who is not mobility impaired as ‘take-out’ by parking and going into the building to order and take out your food order.
Music and Dancing	4:30 pm – 7:30 pm Caliche Hill Band 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm Ricky Adams and Terry Segura Band
Merchant Raffle	Merchant items will have a description and valuation in front of each item.
Silent Auction	Bid Sheets will be placed in front of each item
VIP Tables	The cost for a VIP table is $800 for 8 seats and $1000 for 10 seats. Meal tickets will be in the envelope provided to you at check-in. Also included in the envelope will be your VIP Raffle tickets for each seat at your table. You will provide the meal tickets to your server for your dinner service. The raffle tickets will be yours to KEEP. There will be wait staff assigned to your table to serve the food and provide drink setups and ice at your request.

Raffle Gift Donations

We will post the amazing gifts from our generous community supporters as they come in. All of these items will be available for our Merchant Raffle or Silent Auction.
