General Meeting Agenda
We will follow our general meeting agenda sent out by the Vice President.
PLEASE NOTE: We will break out into two groups to do some preparation for the Hunter’s Game Dinner immediately after the General Meeting is dismissed.
Group #1 – for anyone who would be willing to prepare 52-card decks for raffle
Prepare card decks for the 52-card raffle items. We will validate we have all 52 cards for each of the raffle items and bag and label them.
Group #2 – for anyone that will take electronic payments at the Game Dinner for raffles, auctions, or entry
Get your card reader device and receive training on using the new bank card reader to take electronic payments.
